This variety is a produced as a result of Davis University in California cross pollenating Gewurztraminer and Semillon.
Aroma
Fresh and aromatic with hints of “Gala” apple.
Palate
Clean, crisp and refreshing. Could be mistaken for a Pinot Gris, but more palate weight and distinctively spicy finish.
Food Match
Seafood, chicken, summer salads. Great with Thai food.
